Google reminded users this week that its growing collection of indoor maps will be available to shoppers this holiday season. Basically, the directory kiosk inside the mall is now a built-in feature of Google Maps — all you have to do is download the update.

Beginning today, Fox Now is testing a mobile commerce capability on its TV streaming app, which will let viewers purchase select products that are featured in an episode of the show.
The Los Angeles Times reports that Fox will test this feature on tonight’s episode of New Girl. The LA Times explains that the app, “synchronizes the tablet with the TV show and enables viewers to buy certain items that appear on screen (to start, a set of distinctive salt and pepper shakers and $119 bracelets worn by a character on the show).”
Tonight’s test is sponsored by American Express. Fox has plans to try this option out in future episodes.
