Popular social web toolbar Wibiya has just launched a new web developer platform, allowing developers to submit and integrate their own 3rd party applications through an open API, and to take advantage of a Wibiya’s distribution channel to share their apps with hundreds of thousands of Web publishers, bloggers and more across the web.
