Hey Trekkies! William Shatner is set to co-star with Sanctuary star Amanda Tapping in a new sci-fi animated web series on his site MyOuterSpace.com. Will you be watching?
WebNewser has covered the Twitter feed turned CBS sitcom “Shit My Dad Says” before (starring William Shatner!). Now sister blog AgencySpy has the three minute sizzle reel.
What would your dad say about it?

It finally happened. A Twitter feed has made the jump to television.
CBS has just picked up a show based on the Twitter account Shit My Dad Says. Tentatively called “$#*! My Dad Says,” (cause you can’t say the S-word on network TV) the comedy stars William Shatner as the title dad and Ryan Devlin as his son.
Justin Halpern, who authors the Twitter feed, co-wrote the pilot script with Patrick Schumacker.
The project was previously announced as in development, but with CBS’ upfront slated for Thursday, the network has been making pickups.
