Video editing on YouTube makes its way to the tablet with the release of the YouTube Capture app for iPad and iPad mini. Announced today, the tool lets YouTube users record, edit, and share videos straight from their tablet devices.

Back in December Youtube optimized your iPhone videos for YouTube with YouTube Capture—an app that simplifies the process of shooting video on your mobile device and uploading it to YouTube.
