I received some important news from CNBC’s Kate Kelly about the potential IPO of the social gaming company behind Farmville called Zynga. Kelly reported details of a mass evaluation that may be associated with an offering. Zynga is planning to file its IPO registration documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission as early as tomorrow. The gamemaker is based in San Francisco and aims to secure between $1.5 billion and $2 billion dollars.

Almost one-hundred staff has been hired to work at Zynga’s Dublin office. Rumors say there are plans for further expansion in the near future. The new office in Dublin plans to focus on online community management, content management, business functions and customer care.

The San Francisco based social game maker Zynga Inc, known for “FarmVille”, “CityVille” and other hit games on Facebook has introduced a new game called “Empires & Allies”. “Empires & Allies” is the first combat strategy game by Zynga, which the company describes as the cross of “CityVille” and the board game Risk.

Lady Gaga never ceases to amaze her public, which she calls her “little monsters.” In seven days, she will become a new neighbor to Zynga’s Farmville, a Facebook game. Gagaville will be added as the new playable world, allowing players to listen to new songs from Gaga’s album “Born This Way,” which hits the streets May 23, 2011.
