Tapatap has gone global with a new version of its Web site that opens its social mobile gaming community to folks on just about any wireless network worldwide, Mobile Entertainment reports. The Silicon Valley start-up’s mobile community is centered around photo games and contests. Members can upload and share their photos as well as enter them into one of the site’s numerous daily or monthly contests. If the “official” Tapatap contests aren’t enough, members can even make up their own.
According to the article, Tapatap has two million users who have posted 180,000 photos and created 5,000 games and contests since the service launched in June of last year.
