It’s been just over a year since the Fine Brothers launched their now hit YouTube series ‘Kids React’.  Kids aged 5 to 14 have reacted to everything from planking and Charlie Sheen to Osama Bin Laden’s death and starting today the Fine Brothers are giving teens the opportunity to react as well with a new spinoff series called Teens React.  And, seeing as teens go gaga for Twilight it’s only fitting that the first thing they’re reacting to is Breaking Dawn.

The brothers, Benny and Rafi, told me via email, “The show will feature high school kids aged 14 to 18 and tackle subjects not appropriate for children, as well as topics that suit teens more.”  According to the video description on the first episode, “Teens on the show must be at least 14 and in high school, any teens on Kids React will ‘graduate’ to Teens React when they enter high school.”

Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 hits theaters today, so this was the perfect time for them to launch the series and the perfect thing for the teens to react to.  The video has currently got over 300,000 views and has brought in over 14,000 comments in a day.  Check out the video below and let us know what you think.  Will Teens React match the success of Kids React?  If the reaction so far has anything to say about it, it might even surpass it!  And it wouldn’t be surprising considering the fact that teens account for one of  YouTube’s biggest viewer demographics and we all like to watch people that we can relate to.

Kudos to Benny and Rafi on a great idea.  Playas!
