Cellular-news reports Telcel may be the lucky Mexican mobile operator to get the iPhone and will start selling it in June. Citing Mexican newspaper El Universial, the article says the info came from folks at Apple, including employees at some Apple retail stores.
Telcel, which reportedly has more than 70% of the mobile market in Mexico, is a subsidiary of leading South American wireless carrier America Movil.
