If you’re using the popular iPad app, Paper, for drawing and notes, you’ll want to check out this new accessory from the same company: a wooden pencil stylus with a working eraser. Its beautifully designed with a drawing hand in mind – the app recognizes the pencil and allows your palm to rest on the iPad without interference. Unfortunately, this palm rejection feature only works with the Paper app for iPad.

If you’re not familiar with Paper, it’s definitely worth checking out. The drawing app allows you to do the usual watercolor and pencil sketches, but it also allows you to create custom printed moleskin notebooks of your images. This is a nice feature since you can only have one original print if you’re making analog drawings.

Please note that Pencil will work with all iPads except for iPad 2. Pencil comes in Walnut and Graphite for $59.95 and $49.95, respectively. Orders before December 11, will be arriving before Christmas.
