Chris Cillizza, managing editor of The Washington Post‘s PostPolitics and author of blog The Fix, must have been hungry during this session at the Beet.TV Online Video Journalism Summit, as he said newspapers must stop serving up only “meat and potatoes” and offer a “buffet” of content.
