…I guess I assumed incorrectly. The second sentence of the first paragraph of this article reads: The lawsuit asserts Barnes & Noble misappropriated trade secrets and violated the parties’ non-disclosure agreement when it copied Alex’ features into its recently announced Nook e-book.
