Emeryville, Calif.-based start-up TubeMogul, which allows video producers to syndicate content to as many as 24 different video-sharing sites with one upload via its site, signed a pact with the White House to distribute and analyze Web videos, TubeMogul executive David Burch told Beet.TV executive producer Andy Plesser at the PdF Conference Tuesday afternoon.

The White House is using TubeMogul to upload to YouTube and Vimeo, as well as paying for its analytics on video usage, Burch said, adding that the deal does not include the White House’s in-house video channel, which is managed internally.
