Many Twitter users experienced trouble accessing the site this morning between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Pacific.
The rolling outage affected users around the world, both on the Web and on mobile apps, according to Twitter.
The problem has been resolved, the company said. Twitter declined to offer any additional information about what caused the outage.
“We apologize to users who were affected by this, and we’re working to ensure that similar issues do not occur,” Twitter said in a statement.
