TwitterLogo.jpgTwitter is giving a select group of business users the business, or, more specifically, the Twitter Business Center, Mashable reported.

According to Mashable, the microblogging site invited the selected users with the following email:

Your account has been invited to participate in testing one of Twitter’s newest business-centric features, the Twitter Toolkit. We’ll be rolling it out to you within the next few days (if you don’t have it already) for your business’ or organization’s Twitter account. To get started, visit your business’ Twitter account settings and look for the “Business” tab. From there, you’ll be directed to fill out some information that will help us verify your business or organization.

Accounts are automatically verified once they are set up, according to Mashable, and four tabs appear after activation: Overview, Business Info, Verification, and Contributors. The new feature also allows businesses to accept direct messages from followers whether they follow those users or not.
