Twitter scored another Google personnel coup, snaring user-interface designer Leland Rechis, Twitter director of mobile business development Kevin Thau announced, ironically via Twitter, Silicon Alley Insider reported.
Rechis was a senior designer at Yahoo! before joining Google in 2004, according to Silicon Alley Insider.
Former Google executives at Twitter include co-founder Biz Stone, co-founder Ev Williams and designer Doug Bowman.
