NASDAQ now offers live real-time quotes via Twitter following its partnership with the Twitter-based stock community, Silicon Alley Insider reports.

Users must follow NASDAQ’s @datajunkies account, which will automatically follow them back, allowing them to send direct messages. Accounts can then be set with a StockTwits ticker symbol, such as $YHOO for Yahoo, and quotes will be messaged back.
