CBS Interactive announced today that Jaci Hays has been promoted to national Vice President of Sales, Games & Music, and Danielle Ryniker has joined the division as regional Vice President, East Coast.
Hays previously served as Vice President of Sales for GameSpot where she helped transform the CBS Intercative site into the number one gaming property worldwide. As national VP, Hays is responsible for setting the direction of the US sales strategy for the company’s games and music properties, including GameSpot and another CBS Interactive site, Last.fm.

SAN FRANCISCO, March 18 – CBS Interactive announced today that Jaci Hays has been promoted to National Vice President of Sales, Games & Music, and Danielle Ryniker has joined the division as Regional Vice President, East Coast. Hays will report to Thomas Jones, Senior Vice President of Sales for Games, Music & Sports at CBS Interactive, and Ryniker will report to Hays.
Hays, a gaming industry veteran, previously served as Vice President of Sales for GameSpot where she helped transform GameSpot into the number one gaming property worldwide, and extend GameSpotÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s advertiser base into non-endemic categories like consumer packaged goods, telecom and entertainment. As National Vice President, Hays is responsible for setting the direction of the US sales strategy for the companyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Games and Music properties, including GameSpot and Last.fm.
In RynikerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s new role, she is responsible for managing the East Coast Sales team and growing consumer accounts. Previously, Ryniker was Director of Sales, East Coast of Double Fusion where she built out the Casual Games business unit. Prior to Double Fusion, Ryniker worked with Google as part of the East Coast Sales team, where she developed innovative and strategic programming across all verticals, including a number of cross platform programs anchored on YouTube which leveraged Google Content Network, Gadgets, TV, print and radio for clients including Bacardi, Discovery Networks, ING, P&G, Unilever, and Zales.
