
Vdopia, a premium video advertising network, has launched an ad network specifically for the iPhone 3G.
The new ad network and platform, iVdopia, provides a variety of ad formats, including pre-application videos, logo placement, banner ads and sponsorship ads. The pre-app videos can invite the user to tap the screen to visit a microsite landing page for the advertised product, watch an additional video or place a call directly from the ad.
iVdopia uses the company’s BrandConnect network of advertisers. Its reporting features include analytics for both applications and ads, so advertisers can see how many times an app or their ad reaches users, how long consumers stay engaged and how many times they replay the ad.
