Copenhagen Bus DriverWhen we smile we feel good, and if something makes us smile we want to share it with the world. That’s why one of the best ways to get people to share your videos is by getting them to smile and feel good. If you look at the most-viewed YouTube videos of all time you’ll notice that many of them will put a smile on your face and warmth in your heart, from Susan Boyle to Free Hugs Campaign. Last week a new “feel good” classic hit YouTube as a Copenhagen bus driver got the birthday surprise of a lifetime.

The video, created by Kadaver, was part of a Bedre Bustur campaign for Arriva, one of Europe’s largest transport services. The video features a singing flash mob on a bus in honor of the bus driver Mukhtar’s birthday. The bus driver had absolutely no idea what was going on, and the smile on his face is priceless, and contagious. The video has 24,000 views so far, since it’s upload five days ago. However, we expect that the video will get a lot more views in the days to come, as it circulates the blogosphere and makes the world smile.

What do you think of this bus driver’s surprise? When videos make you smile, do you feel more inclined to share them with the world?
