Mobile advertising agency 4th Screen has teamed up with Virgin Media in London to produce mobile campaigns, MediaPost reports, in a new joint venture called Virgin Media Mobile Advertising.
What’s happening here is that 4th Screen will work with Virgin Media’s ad agency, IDS, to ensure that the ad campaigns are synchronized between mobile, on the desktop, and on regular television. The report said that 4th Screen will manage, sell and deliver mobile ads through its Mpression ad platform.
Virgin Mobile made headlines in the wireless industry last month when they purchased the U.S.-based Helio for a paltry $39 million.
