Social-marketing company Vitrue debuted its Vitrue SRM (Social Relationship Manager), which it describes as a Web-based application suite that enables brands to manage, schedule and automatically publish across Facebook and Twitter. The Vitrue SRM also offers measurement and real-time analytics.
Vitrue said Vitrue SRM consists of three components: Social Publisher, which lets marketers fully customize and format their wall posts, including images, branded URLs and additional content blocks; Social Planner, enabling marketers to plan, create and execute customer communications months in advance; and Social Insights, which delivers real-time, rich analytics to monitor brand communication.
Vitrue CEO Reggie Bradford said:
The Vitrue SRM enables marketers to treat social media as a true marketing medium with the traditional approach of segmentation, dayparting and scheduling by providing capabilities to discover what is resonating with existing fan bases and what is driving the most viral growth. The Vitrue SRM helps take a mass of conversation into shape where you can manage, plan and analyze, as quantifying leads and passion levels are important steps to defining value.
Vice president of product management Michael Strutton added:
Up until last week, marketers were limited to manually publishing their Facebook posts. Now, with Facebook opening their stream API and Vitrue’s first-to-market integration, marketers can set a date and time enabling the Vitrue SRM to automatically publish to their fans.
