Market research firm Gartner has decreed that Apple’s iPhone will be “ready for business” users once the iPhone 2.0 software update comes out in June. It’s the new features, particularly the ability to access Microsoft Exchange, added security and, of course, the potential for all sorts of business-type third-party apps that caused Gartner to make its declaration, Silicon Alley Insider reports.
The article points out another way for Apple to boost corporate iPhone use – offer it through more carriers than just AT&T.
