TechCrunch Europe cites a UK report that says iPad won’t be going mass market any time soon. According to the report, people can’t figure out where the device will fit into their lives, and its functions seem too “use-case specific.” Is reading “use-case specific”?
Here’s an interesting tidbit: “Part of the problem, the report notes, is that the amount of hype that the iPad garnered before and at launch doesn’t match up with expectations. Mainstream users were expecting a revolution when all they see is incremental change.”
What do you think about that? If you don’t own one, presumably many of you have had the chance to get your hands on an iPad by now. Does it indeed disappoint?
