Win $75,000 by Creating the Next Mobile Experience for Target

Fast Co. is teaming up with Target to celebrate its new tech-centric site, Co.Labs – a creative and collaborative playground for the growing community of developers. The site aims to be a technology haven for tech readers wanting a better view of how technology gets created.

To celebrate Co.Labs’ debut, Fast Company has also partnered with Target to launch the Co.Labs +Target Retail Accelerator, where developers will vie to create a new, unique mobile experience forTarget and claim a $75k grand prize. The contest, which spans several months, will be covered extensively by Co.Labs, with great entries being highlighted and discussed…

Entries for the Retail Accelerator challenge will be accepted March 8 to April 30. Seven finalists will be selected in May by a panel of judges including Target and Fast Company executives as well as industry experts to be named at a later date. Each finalist will receive $10,000 to put toward development of their prototypes. The finalists will then build and present refined prototypes, and in July a winner will be announced to receive the $75,000 grand prize. Targetwill then work to bring the winning idea to life.
