Yahoo Brokers Search Deal in Asia

More Yahoo news: the company also signed agreements with six mobile partners in Asia, as the company aims to spread out its mobile influence on “tens of millions” of phones by the end of 2007, according to this Reuters report.

Yahoo’s oneSearch service lets users download e-mails, search the Internet, view Web pictures and check weather conditions, as the article states. This move gives Yahoo a stronger foothold overseas, since Google is bound to try and bulldoze anything in its path regarding search engines, even on mobile.
