As mobile media begins to take hold, everyone is trying to figure out how to pay for it. Yahoo is wasting no time, however; they’re launching another initiative to sell image-based ads to display on cell phones. This time around they’re focusing on countries outside the U.S. They made a similar announcement for U.S.-based cell phones back in November 2006.
