If you want to be the Next How-To Guru for YouTube, you’re going to need to be as educational and family-friendly as this year’s winners, who have been named the best creators of tutorial and how-to videos on the network.
Announced today, the winners are:

- Rachel’s English (US)
- Cartoon Block (US)
- Joe Raciti (US)
- Nature’s Knockout (US)
- Crazy Russian Hacker (US)
- Before and After TV (Canada)
- Online Soccer Academy (US)
- Bikeman For U (US)
- Meliney (Australia)
- Crochet Geek (US)
- Butler Collision (US)
- Kenny Chumsky (US)
- Your How To Do (Ireland)
The winners hail from the US, Canada, Australia and Ireland. Each of these YouTubers will get a private Google+ workshop series taught by industry experts and YouTube staff, as well as $4,000 worth of production equipment and promotion on YouTube to keep doing what they do best.
Update: A Google spokesperson said that the winners were chosen out of “hundreds of entrants” for the competition. “How-to is one of the fastest growing verticals we have,” she added, but did not specify the numbers.
