YouTube Capture iOS App Now Lets You Upload In 1080p

Back in December Youtube optimized your iPhone videos for YouTube with YouTube Capture—an app that simplifies the process of shooting video on your mobile device and uploading it to YouTube.  The app, which lets you touch up, caption and share videos to YouTube, Google+, Facebook and Twitter was limited to 720p HD video uploads but this week they’ve released a new and improved version that supports 1080p HD uploads.

Better quality videos aren’t the only perk of the YouTube Capture update.  The app also features faster upload speeds (a major plus for today’s impatient internet users), as well as improved audio synchronization, more detailed upload feedback, stability improvements and a number of other bug fixes.

If you weren’t already familiar with the YouTube Capture app you can check out the video below to see it in action.

Have you used YouTube Capture yet?  If so, we’d love to hear what you think of it in the comments below.
