YouTube to Live Stream Obama News Conference

In addition to most (but not all) of the broadcast nets and all of the cable news nets, YouTube will stream tonight’s Pres. Obama First 100 days news conference.

Beet.TV reports the White House had asked YouTube to integrate its live feed from the White House site to be embedded onto its YouTube channel.

A YouTube spokesperson tells Beet.TV this is not a major push to cover live news events, but rather to provide occasional streams when news warrants.
